About the Role
As an International Cooperation Officer, you will help TGS write an engagement plan with third sector entities globally. Applicants should ideally have previous experience with NGOs, strong time management, organization and communication skills. Experience working with Developing Countries and their local NGOs is appreciated. Knowledge of multiple languages, including local languages, will be highly valued.
We value diversity, our team members are spread across the 4 corners of the Globe: west to east from California to Thailand, and north to south from The Netherlands to Senegal. We work flexibly and remotely: you will have the chance to set your own timeline and to adjust to the working style that works best for you. We meet (virtually or in-person) once a month in a social setting to get to know each other and to share milestones.
Additionally to fulfilling our motivation to translate science into social impact we grow our expertise through mutual learning, expanding professional networks, attending training and developing transferable skills for our future careers.
